In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Payments
All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are inclusive of GST (10%). No products will be dispatched until full payment has been made with exception to our Buy now, Pay later options.
We accept the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Afterpay and ZipPay. As ZipPay is not currently available on checkout please email us to arrange payment for your order.
Shipping
Most orders will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days but of course we aim to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible after payment has been cleared in our account.
Should there be any delay we will contact you via email. If you need your order items immediately, please email us to arrange the quickest possible solution. We will try our best to assist you. If your order is not received, please contact us within 30 days of your order date and we can check the delivery status. If no contact is made within that time, we will assume your order has been received in full and order status will be marked as completed.
We offer free shipping on orders $150AUD or more. Orders under $150AUD ship for a flat fee of $8.95 within Australia.
All items are shipped with Australia Post from a small business in Brisbane, Qld, Australia.
Returns/Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to help.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Once an order has been placed and items have been paid for the order is final and you cannot make any amendments. If you need to contact us regarding an order you have just placed, email info@roseandcopal.com immediately referencing your order number and we will get back to you a.s.a.p.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email within 30 days and provide further details regarding your concern. You may be asked to supply photos. All returns will be issued with a store credit.
Any returned products will be required to be returned in a safe and secure manner (like how you received them) using a trackable shipping method, with tracking provided to us.

Rose & Copal assume no liability for property damage or personal injury resulting from the use of any product sold.
Please be advised that crystals and stones sold are not recommended for small children and adult supervision is strongly recommended when products are in possession of a small child. Crystals and stones may have sharp edges. Small crystals and stones should never be left near toddlers and babies, especially tumbled stones as these may have the appearance similar to candy.
It is acknowledged that use of this website is to be for proper, commercial and lawful purposes only. By accessing this website you agree not to carry out any act or procure another to carry out any act which may cause damage, delay, interrupt or impair the use of this website. You agree not to cause any illegal, defamatory or offensive material to be placed on or associated with this website. By accessing this website you agree to indemnify Rose & Copal from all or any loss, costs, claims, liability or responsibility which may arise in any way by you or any third party as a result of your use of this site or its content.
Privacy
Any personal information we gather from our website visitors and how we use this information is for the purpose of providing our customers with a service to provide products sold on the website and if subscribed, marketing emails about our products and upcoming sales. Your personal information is accessible by you and us alone. Your information will never be shared with third parties for any purpose with the exception of third parties (i.e. Australia Post, couriers) to provide you with your order.
