Am I able to collect my order?
We are looking to open a resident store within specific hours for pickups. The contact us page will have more details of open hours once we are open. In the meantime feel free to contact me and pickup can be arranged.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! There are 4 current options however we are happy to accomodate any amount that is not listed. Please just contact us via email to discuss.
What are the payment options?
We accept visa and mastercards and also accept payments via Credit Card, Paypal, Afterpay and ZipPay. Please contact info@roseandcopal.com to arrange zippay purchases as this is not currently setup in checkout.
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email within 30 days and provide further details regarding your concern. You may be asked to supply photos. All returns will be issued with a store credit.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
No, once an order has been placed and items have been paid for the order is final and you cannot make any amendments. If you need to contact us regarding an order you have just placed, email info@roseandcopal.com immediately referencing your order number and we will get back to you a.s.a.p.
